Studium Medical Library in Târgu Mureș
Our Medical Library was inaugurated on 11 October 2003. There are approximately 9000 books, manuals, scientific magazines in Hungarian and foreign languages at the disposal of teachers and students of Hungarian higher education in Târgu Mureș. In our library besides our collection of books one can find the library of several civil organisations of Târgu Mureș – Bolyai Society, Transylvanian Museum Society, Association of Christian Doctors, Saint Blaise Foundation, Hungarian Students’ Association of Târgu Mureș – thus a modern, properly equipped and cost-effective library is run. In the basement of the library, a separate room is furnished for the students and teachers of University of Art where books on theatre, dance and cinema, television and multimedia contents can be found.
Library opening hours:
Monday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The library is open for longer hours during examination period.
